Some of the programs that I installed didn't really work. You get no support, I found that by reading other users' comments on the products that give away for the
day, you will find other better freeware programs, then use those freeware instead of
the "giveawayoftheday" software. I voted +ve because they do give away free software, considering nothing is really free these days.
This site is alright at times, worth having a look at in the daily browsing (maybe on work time? ;)). Best off to read the user comments on the software to see what people are saying is good.

It's more to some 'unknown' shareware that they give away for free
also interesting to note that mostly is junk software anyway (as indicated by user rating themselves)
