I recently got myself a Westpac card, which means I can now sign up for all the Shopback+Westpac deals. So a month ago, I made a purchase on Amazon AU when this promo was on: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/804423
At the same time, there was a Westpac bonus as well on my Shopback account, so I made a purchase through the Shopback app on my phone. The funny thing is the Westpac bonus showed up on my account, but nothing else. I raised a missing cashback claim with Shopback and received a response saying the order was untracked.
Since I am still a noob at the Westpac bonus thing, is there normally a separate line for normal tracking and an extra line for the Westpac bonus? Or is it just either the Westpac bonus or the normal tracking and not both?
