Apples one day (Black Friday) sale - Nov 28
pw2002au on 25/11/2008 - 10:42 (store.apple.com)

Apples having their one day sale - usually the discount is minimal, however, if you bundle the discounts with an EPP discount on top its usually the cheapest time to buy the latest gadgets from apple.

EPP is a program usually given to other companies employees that use apple software / products. The url given to employees of these companies is usally http://store.apple.com.au/epp/[company name].

Try http://store.apple.com.au/epp/anz or http://store.apple.com.au/epp/cba… though they are both only 6% off… do all the epps give the same discount or are there some that get more?

yes - you need a company name (which Im not able to disclose) after the /epp. Search “apple epp” in google for examples.

I believe they are all the same discount (although the % changes depending on whether its an ipod or mac book etc).

The best option would get one from Myer tonite.
As they got it 10% off.

You sure about that? From what I can see on the PDF link on the deal, Apple products are excluded on notebooks and I can’t see anything else about other apple products.

For those interested the Myer deal is here:

Take a screenshot or print out when these deals are on and go and find a person at OfficeWorks to give you an extra 5% off again (depends what you’re buying of course..eg iPods if they have them in stock).

Looks like roughly 5%off across the board.

So nothing particularly exciting.

Add an epp code and you have yourself a $176 8GB nano, I’m going to see if office works will price match.

Yeah…let me know if that works. Besides OfficeWork, either Harvey or Dick Smith price match at 10% right???
