    They are. I've got the smaller version, L3745 and thats quite heavy already.

    They're good printers though! I've had mine for 3 years. Only downside is that its not easy to set up wireless printing but its great once its up and running!

      I just got a L3745 yesterday. Wireless printing took no longer to set up than any other printer I have owned. Not sure where the difficulty was for you.

    its not, I bought one recently to
    a) I was getting angry with printers using liquid ink and always expiring before their time
    b) use the duplex scanner for my "Paperless-NGX" setup

    I can say that I've never been so happy with a printer.. these are great units!
