  • Just ordered a pair for pick up, thanks OP.
Out of curiosity, is RSEA looking into getting ESD shoes in the future (not just antistatic like currently)?

    • @RSEASafety ESD footwear?

      • +1

Hey mate! It looks like there is not a clear definition of EDS vs. anti-static. Do you have a specific brand or style of EDS shoes, we can pass the information to our planning team for a review :)

        • Currently wearing Sketchers with "astm f2892-18 eh" rating & with an ESD logo for quick verification.

  • Please add store in title

      Hey mate,
As we have 80+ stores nationwide, and each store has a different inventory of different sizes, we are hesitant to list all the store stocks information in the post, but very happy to help you check the stock if you can provide your postcode :)

      • You don't need to list individual stores - just the store that the website points to in the link you posted. A mod has already updated the post title so you can see what I mean.

        • Ahhh!i see, thank you for your reminder :)

  • Just bought one last weekend … @normal price … good quality

    • +1

Get an additional one to even out the disparity in price! 😄

  • Do you have any steel caps that are wide toe fit size 13 @OP, I usually buy a brand called "wideload" but wouldn't mind something else.

    • I have these Hard Yakka boots, they're super comfy and plenty of room in the toe. I wear a size 13.

      • I'll have to go try them on at a store, I've tried alot of the brands a couple years ago and the only ones I found that where wide enough was my current "wide load" branded ones

        • Absolutely agreed mate! You won't know what kind of boots suit you until you give them a try~

    • Check out the Mack boots

How different are these to the 152 boot?

    • +2

      Good afternoon mate,

Currently I have to say the most significant difference is their price :)

However to a detail scope, their differences can be summarised in the following points:

      • Usage: 312152 is more popular among specific professions like Tilers and Plumbers, while the 312661 is favored in Construction and similar industries.
      • Material and Style: Both use high-quality leather, but the 312661 specifically mentions cowhide waxy leather and wheat nubuck.
      • Toe Protection: Both feature steel toe caps, but the 312152 specifies a 200J steel toe cap.
      • Outsole: Both have TPU outsoles with heat resistance up to 130°C.
      • Additional Features: 312152 focuses on overall comfort and support, whereas the 312661 emphasizes scuff resistance and easy access with a zip side.
      • Comfort and Support: Both boots have features for comfort and support, with the 312661 having a full length footbed and the 312152 featuring Poron® pads and Ortho Rebound® Footbed.
  • @RSEASafety what's the point of getting a "ready for collection" email last night (7:56pm 22/11) after ordering these shoes in the morning (10:32am 22/11), if when I went to collect them just now during my lunch break, & they're not even at the store till next week???

  • Ah, mate!
I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. Due to this is a public platform, i believe it is not good to share private information about your order, would it possible for you to contact our customer service team here for assistance, they will try their best to help you quickly :)

    • @RSEASafety I did that before I posted on here, still waiting on a generic excuse / reply.
