    did your business hosting have CDN ?, btw, how fast is your hosting? if you can offer more than a year bill such as 2 or 3 year, that will be great

      We don't have a CDN, but some of our clients use a service named Cloudfare. We're hosted in the Global Switch datacentre in Sydney, so we have multiple GB connections to backbone providers.

      I know you're interested in a multi-year deal, so I'll arrange one.

      We're transitioning from our old systems to our new ones, and that was overlooked.

      We're 100% Aussie based, with servers in the Global Switch datacentre in Sydney.

      As G5 mentioned, it is because the template came with that image.

      Personally, I think the image looks good, but as it seems to be a point of conjecture since we use Linux servers, I'll speak to our web development guys about getting it changed.

    Hopeless service. have raised a simple account setup support ticket and it have been looked at for last 48 hours. Wait time on call is more than 20mins no matter what time of the day you call.

      I believe I found your ticket, and if I'm correct it was delayed due to being sent through to management.

      I've now addressed your issue with a manual fix on your server.

      I'll also be contacting the staff member involved to address the root cause of the problem, which looks to be a mismatch between the figures in our client management system and the packages within cPanel.
