    Quick question.

    I notice AAE is used for the delivery, and they normally deliver to a PO Box, can I use a PO Box address (which is also my PayPal registered address)?

    For RMA issues, if buyer is paying return freight, can the buyer use the stores AAE account and have the store charge them accordingly (as some other companies do) so that the buyer gets the cheaper freight rates accorded to the store?

          Just wondering if you found about using shops freight account with AAE if its a RMA? I'm looking at a couple of the Z906 unit but know from cold hard experience that a DOA will cost me 2x what I paid to return on an Ad-Hoc account.

    Everyone seems to be getting their items pretty fast. I ordered 2 x Harmony 700's around midday yesterday, one from the normal store and one from their ebay store and both are still processing…

      Well yesterday was friday, cant really expect it to be delivered before monday, or shipped for that matter. For most people it ships the following day after ordering depending on when you order.

        Time ordered was midday Thursday, not Friday, and at 10AM Monday morning the orders are STILL at processing. If they have the items in stock there is no reason for such a delay.

          A business day and a half is hardly reason to start putting still in all caps and saying there is no reason for such a delay.

          It says right at the top of their page:

          Allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery

          and for the most part they beat that considerably. Every now and then an order takes a little longer - it isn't the end of the world.

      None of the logitech keyboards are mechanical, there will be a mechanical released shortly the G710, but not anytime soon.

      For mechanical, i would personally be looking at the Corsair K90, Filco or Leopold or Das.

        I've already sent them an email and no response yet. TBH they were pretty close. I ordered a DiNovo Edge and they sent me a DiNovo Mini. They just pulled the wrong box. I don't need the keyboard right now, but I hope they amend their mistake with minimal intervention of myself. i.e. Should I pay for the return shipping if they sent me the wrong item ?

          I've got this email from them :

          "Can you please provide us a photo of the item.
          Please send the item back to the address below. Please include a copy of invoice. Once received we will send the correct unit"

          Photo of the item ?? They made a mistake, I tell them and they ask me to send a picture ?? Copy of the invoice ??? what for ?? they have the order in their system.

          So they assume I have to send back an item I've never ordered for them to send me the item I paid for ?? I thought they should be sending asap the item I ordered and then make an effort to recover the item they sent by mistake.

          I will give them some time because they're wrongly treating this as a return of an unwanted item. After that, I will claim my money back because I paid for a DiNovo Edge and they've never sent it.

I've been a happy customer from TLS for many years and I uderstand it's very easy to make a mistake becuase both products have similar names and the guys dispatching have been extremely busy these days. Now, let's see how good is TLS at handling errors !!

        Don't you think that the company should be organising the pick up of the item ? If TLS used startrack to deliver an item by mistake , startrack should be also picking up the item from the same address.

          Yes, that what I asked them to do. But they told me to send it by COD . No idea how COD works, but I told them it was pretty inconvenient for me to go to a post office. I have a mailbox close to where I live, but no post office.
          They expect me to do they errands !! Anyway, they agreed to send me the keyboard I actually ordered and paid for, so in that sense they completed the items ordered.

          Mate, I'm not TLS errand boy. If the company made a mistake they shouldn't rely on my time to fix it. I don't want to spend 30 minutes going and waiting in a post office because a company made a mistake. In any case, LTS should be sending one of their warehouse employees to do it.
          Bear in mind that I bought an extra keyboard because I'm so lazy that i don't want to change keyboard form one laptop to the other

          Anyway, they sent me the DiNovo Edge I ordered and it isn't new. The original precinct was broken and covered with a new one. Also, it has marks as it has been used before.

          After years of being a happy customer from TLS now I'm starting to be extremely disappointed.

          Everything we sell is brand new, so i have no idea what happened there. All our items are from Australian distributors and brand new. And unfortunately one again we do not have a pick up facility and i fully understand what your saying and appoligise for the inconvenience caused. If the seal is replaced sometimes is being checked by ditsy but at not time Logitech distributors sell us second hand in anyway. If you are not satisfied with it we will replace it or refund it. And As you say you have been happy in the past experiences and hope that they will continue as we value that. And you have our sincere apologies.

    Is $69 the standard price for an M950? Seen a few deal done in the past by you for $55 or $59 delivered.
