  Tried to get the free toothbrush heads at the counter, but the staff didn't honour their catalogue claiming they don't have stock eventhough I saw it on the shelf. They claimed "the ones on the shelf are not free".

    Tried in-person as well, staff were confused initially because it doesn't happen automatically when scanning in, but honoured the deal in the catalogue after seeing I showed them.
