Muscle Diets are a meal delivery company similar to MyMuscleChef, Thr1ve, YouFoodz. Pretty plain packing, limited selection of meals, but might be worthwhile to try for 40% off if you haven't already. They do have the option to select regular (300g) or large (400g) meals. Large is $1 extra.

  It's giving me the 40% off, but it doesn't discount 2 meals or say that it'll provide an extra 2 meals?

    Yeah it doesn't show the extra meals on the website, they just throw the extra meals in the box.

    I put in the comments field for delivery "Please don't forget the extra 2 meals", however that isn't necessary.

    Don't forget to use referral code as well which should discount it further.

  I'm curious, did it take the price of 2 meals off for you? because it didn't for me. Or perhaps it means they will throw in an extra 2 random meals without us knowing what they are..

        Lucky you… mine came today too but only received 11 meals instead of 12. Second time they have been a meal short.

        I even put it in the notes on order checkout to make sure there were 12 meals.

  For the price, I would rate these above youfoodz and similar brands. No where near as close as someone like St Food Co. But a word of warning. My latest delivery was almost all 300g meals instead of the 400g I ordered. Even with that, most meals were also around 10% under weight. It took a lot of back n forth to finally get the replacement order delivered 12 days later and the original order.

  Still, I like them for the price and they freeze well if you're stocking up. Just prepare to be frustrated.

    Agreed, be prepared to wait a week for a response, but they do respond eventually.

    Price per meal with this deal is great value, buy lots chuck in freezer, job done

  Very good deal and some (few) tasty options.
  Meatballs is a winner.

  However, Word of caution:
  - order did not arrive during specified delivery window
  - arrived two days later. No idea when as I did not receive a notification. Could have been a few hours. Could have been 12.

  If you use the subscription and cancel after a single order then they later charge your credit card the delivery fee. This is in their terms and conditions.

  Poor customer service.
