Slow and buggy (sometimes it works, sometimes you have to refresh). Once you log into the Virgin mobile site, you can click on the link (after selecting your city) and go to the Moonlight site to buy the tickets at a discount.
I haven't purchased any tickets yet so I can't comment on the site's performance :)
