Not the lowest price but looks like a good price for a very good pressure washer. Had been looking for a while for the price drop, but wasn't this down even during BF sales.

Part of the Bosch Boxing Day sale.

EDIT: Looks like the price is back to $510.

  • 8L per min. Is that’s good?

No expert here. But pricier or comparable Gerni's use 8.3L/min. So, I guess that's okay.

  • I've been waiting for this! I was eyeing it earlier in the year.. Saw it for 40%, off but then thought I'd wait for black friday.. But it never sent on sale.

    Thanks op.

  • Would this be good for window cleaning?

For light loads the Bosch Aquatak 135 is probably good value.. 42% off at the moment https://amzn.asia/d/eKnrkIt

Its more than enough but this thing is heavy so best to get an extension hose instead of wheeling it around.

      • Which extension hose would you recommend for this thicc boy?

  • Hmmm… Aquatak 135 is $230 while this one is $357. 1958 psi vs 2030. Does it make sense to pay $120 extra just for a very small increase in psi? Am I missing something?

Need to also consider the water flow. A pressure washer with high water flow and high PSI will be better at cleaning. I upgraded my pressure washer from a Karcher K2 (1750 psi, 6L/min) to a Gerni 5300 (1885psi, 8.3L/min) and the difference when cleaning my deck is astounding. I had to get real close to the deck with the Karcher and needed 2 passes to cover the width of a plank. The Gerni did the plank in one pass because I could have it further away and still get the same pressure.

Adding to above, 140 has got induction motor which apparently is better. Also, this got hose reel which is more convenient. Worth $120?, I guess depends on use cases.

        • That must contribute to the weight difference… The 140 is 20kg whist the 135 is only 9kg

  • Shows "Currently unavailable" when delivery address set to Bunbury, WA but when I change it to a Perth address it's suddenly in stock. Way to go Amazon!

  • Aquatak 140 vs. Gerni 4000
any comment or anyone experience on both
seem Gerni got more accessories and cheaper

  • Would this be able to clean a concrete driveway easily? I have the Karcher K2 Plus currently, and it's not able to clean concrete really well

    • +1

Yes, and can blow chunks of concrete off as well if you aren't careful. This is more equivalent to the K4 than the K2.

      • ooo, but I can adjust the pressure right? Still clean windows without worrying about smashing them

        • +1

Not that i am aware off. I think its just the type of nozzles and the angle and distance of the nozzle from the surface. I used it to wash my car so i'm sure it won't smash your windows but i'd imagine it tearing your weatherproof seals if you hit them at a certain distance/ angle. You kind of get the hang of it, but trial it out on parts of your driveway that aren't noticeable.

Don't forget this one from Ozito - getting decent reviews. It's an update on their previous model. Has some good power and flow as well - https://www.bunnings.com.au/ozito-2000w-2320psi-high-pressur…
