Buy Jedi: Survivor for Xbox One Now or Wait?

I have an Xbox One and want to play Jedi: Survivor. I know it is not available yet for Xbox One, but that Microsoft has stated it will be available for Xbox One in early 2024.

At the moment, it is available for purchase in the Xbox store for $55, which seems like a pretty good deal to me. So, my question is: should I buy it now at the low price, in advance of it being playable on the Xbox One or wait until it is, in fact, playable on the Xbox One? The realist in me says, "Don't believe it will be playable on the Xbox One until it is, in fact, playable on the Xbox One", but the idealist in me says, "Get it while it is on sale!"

    It'll get added to Gamepass eventually won't it? I bought it for PS5 anyway. Forgot about it, haven't finished it yet.

      Yeah, I'd say it'll get added to GP:U around that time, given the age of the game

        You really think they would add it to Game Pass at the same time they make it available to the Xbox One? I guess it is worth the wait then ā€¦ why pay for it when you're going to get it for 'free' anyway šŸ˜Š

          The first game has been in Gamepass for ages now, well in EA Access which is part of Gamepass.

          Given the game came out in April, it's certainly on borrowed time until it goes to the EA vault or whatever they call it!

    Iā€™m pretty sure after a year of release it will come to EA access so it should be on gamepass April 28th 2024

    i mean, that's a good price, but it's not a i better buy it now even though i won't be able to play it for another 4 or 5 months, but because i'll never see it that low again, it's a must buy kind of deal.
