Looks like the SL60D got an upgrade.
I was looking to find the SL60D (same as mine) for a house warming and birthday gift but came across this deal instead.

Increase suction from 3000PA to 4000PA is the only upgrade that I can see.

Previous SL60 deal here from eBay: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/813928 @ $215.90

Something I don't see in the Lubluelu deals posted is the fact that they can have an additional auto empty bin not included and selling for $189. This is just as an honorable mention, I haven't used this so I can't talk to it being good or not.

Ordered the SL60D and bin during Black Friday sales. Still waiting for the Bin to arrive though.
The bin uses a Non-Reusable bin bag, though. Once it's full, you cannot empty it and re-use it - you must purchase another bag. It's been recommended at 1bag per month.

SL60D Gives about 30-45min battery time and then takes about 2 hours to recharge.
3bed, 1 Bath house and it'll do half the house mop and vac per cycle.

I recommend the SL60D for that price.

IF the battery is better on this model, then it may be a better buy for you.

    • Mine definately lasts longer than 30-45min.
I've done plenty of runs on max suction setting and it's easily over 60 minutes with 25% battery left.
On normal suction setting it can do over 2hrs.

      • Nice, I'll mess around with my settings and have another look.

        • Guess it depends on how many objects in the house and how efficient it's runs are..time can be variable.
I have one unit upstairs and one unit downstairs. Both have great battery life.

Can't speak for the SL60D. I have another brand with docking station and 1-time use bag. To extend the life of the bag, I remove bag from docking station, stick nozzle of our Hoover into it for 5 secs and suck out 95% of the yuck. I give the inside of the bag a very light spray of Mortein and a puff of cheap perfume / cologne. Insert bag back into docking station. Go for another 30-ish day. Rinse and repeat. Keep going until bag gets too smelly. YMMV.

Nice touch with perfume/cologne haha. Would Glen 20 be a better spray though as it claims to be "anti bacterial"?

Ok got conflicting info, but the SL60D is suppose to be more expensive than the SL61

    Differences being (SL60D vs SL61)
    Glass cover vs plastic
2 front brushes vs 1 brush
    120min vs 130min run time

I'd stick to the SL60D. Not worth the extra 10min run time

"In conclusion, the lubluelu SL61 has advantage of cheaper price and longer run time, which make it more cost-effective. The SL61 will run about 5-10min longer than SL60D. On the other hand the lubluelu SL60D has better cleaning efficient with two side brush. Glass material makes the SL60D more sense of technology and smoother.

These features contribute to an efficient and customized cleaning experience, making these robot vacuum cleaners a valuable addition to your home cleaning routine."

So, in conclusion, it's all about how much you want the D.

  • I have 2 of the SL60D with auto empty dock. Great robots for the price.

On max suction setting it does my house in 62 minutes with 25% battery at the end of its run.
    App indicates it's cleaned 70m2.

    • Any way around the single use bags for the dock?

I just cut a hole and reseal it with a bag clip

        • This is the easy way, yes. lol
I'd probably do this now that it's brought to my attention.

      • I've been thinking about this…

If you really are hell bent on making the bag reusable, you can attach a zipper to the top of it. The bag is breathable so it's gonna get dusty reguardless.

I have a stick vac for spot cleaning and you can easily suck out most of the contents and then empty the stick vac.
Emptying the bag can get a little dusty.

          • @OnlyFans: Thats what I do now.

          • @OnlyFans: Perfect. I have a old hoover that's still using its original bag.

Waiting for a better deal with the 60

  • I paid $237.37 in October’s Deal of the Day on that exact same model. Pretty happy with it.

  • Decided to give this one a go.
Looks like there is a promo code on them atm to drop the price of the SL60D to $246.39
