  I purchased this in July from Bunning when $318 and have loved it since then as a secondary lock, However in the last week I have been unable to open using fingerprint/code/app and also unable re-calabrate it.

  It thinks its closed when open and jammed when it is closed. Will try for another week and if cannot fix it return to Bunnings hopefully for a replacement.

  Anyone else have this issue, or know of a fix?

    Would like to know as well, bought one before with the price error at 318, so hard to commit to another even though last one was price error lol.
