Unable to Login to KFC App

Since last week, when I try logging into the KFC app, KFC is never sending the verification SMS, which is the only way to get the verification code, making it impossible to login the app.

Does anyone else have the same issue?

  • I had similar issues and it was a good incentive to stop going to KFC.

      OP still hasn't even come back and said if has multiple a/c's.

      As to OP … if you don't have have multiple a/c's …
      1.) As always - make sure you are running newest version of app?
      2.) no blocks VIA your phone provider? … or any known delays by phone provider (not using TPG/etc for mobile … i won't say why).

      3.) delete app + clear the "cache" on your phone … then reinstall.

      I was in a similar situation to you, back around May this year.
      going through process of #3 fixed it (especially clearing the cache).

      It would also help to say with phone provider you are with (or MVNO) … just to clear up that side of things.

      • Thanks for your (and everyone else's) advices.
        I don't have multiple accounts and I can receive emails from KFC for the account, so I don't think it's my account being deleted.
        It actually feels like the smses are blocked by my provider, though I don't understand why that would be the case and not sure how to check that. I'm using Optus.
        I also tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app. At first I found that I couldn't process payment in the app, then after reinstallation, I couldn't even sign in.

  • Yes same thing happening to me- I suspect carrier blocking the SMS… I'm with Telstra.

  • I raised an incident to customer service the other day and the issues is finally resolved.
