Thought you guys might be interested in ebates http://www.ebates.com . Its like starthere but can be used for international purchases. I have been using it for about a year and have gotten a fair bit back on my purchases. Money paid back quarterly and paid into paypal account. Example of store and ebate amounts:
- ASOS 3.5%
- Amazon up to 3% on selected items only
- Urban Outfitters 2.5%
- Blue Nile 2.5% Particularly useful if you are buying something nice for the missus

As a lot of OzBargainers shop overseas I too wondered whether Aussies can utilise those overseas cashback/rebate sites to claim the commission back.
Ebates has actually acquired FatWallet.com last year (similar to OzBargain) and is US based. For UK sites you also get Quidco so you can get rebates from UK sites such as Wiggle, TheHut, Zavvi, etc.
