    Nice cans…

Open back so others can hear what you are hearing but at least your ears don't get as warm and a more open sound.

    No need for a DAC.

    Neutral sound.

More versatile than cans that need a DAC like the 600 series.

    • unless you are listening to vinyl records you will be needing a DAC. the good news is, anything you plug these into should have one.

you are thinking of an amplifier, which depending how loud someone wants their audio, they might need.

e: they are 50 ohm from what I can find google, which, for my preference, would need an amplifier to get the most out of, but maybe not necessary. Though if you're spending $150 on headphones, you probably care enough about good quality audio to have an amplifier.

I have bad news for you: you also need an amplifier, it's just that everything you're plugging these into also has a low power
        /quality one of those too.

      • Sorry guys… I mean an external powered DAC.

        These headphones don’t need it.

I have tried it with and without and can’t hear a difference. Whereas with the 600 series… the headphones sound underpowered without and external power DAC.

        • you are still talking about the wrong thing.

          DAC - Digital Analog Converter.

all DACs are powered. its electronics. they need power.

some are DAC and Amplifier in one.

I got a set a few months ago. Love them.

  • Cables included 3 meter cable with a 63 millimeter jack for a home entertainment system and a shorted 12 meter cable with a 35 millimeter jack perfect for use with phones tables and laptops

What good is a shorted, 12 metre cable? 😅

I swear Amazon has monkeys doing their copywriting… in the LOLA post they had censor as the word for sensor… and this shorted for short.

Makes the listing look like a scam with the errors. Surely a company like Amazon can have proper and accurate listings.

      • My reply below, but also, my opinion is, considering the letters before, it was probably supposed to say, 'shortened'. 😅

Indeed… I ignored the words before and filled in short.

    • I got one for the same price just before Christmas. There was no 12 meter cables, only 2 standard ones with 3.5 and 5 jacks.

      • the shorter one is 1.2m

    • In fairness, the "Product Specifications" which is I think auto-filled out by Amazon after putting product name/code by seller, is totally accurate.

It's just the "Product Descriptions" are soo LOL. 😅 Reminds me of reading manuals of cheap chinese barbage where the translation is always just off.. 🤣

  • Thanks missed the last one!

  • Great cans, got a pair at the last $150 Amazon sale.

  • I have these from the last deal, great sounding headphone!
