This is something I noticed when I was looking for images of vintage posters. The site, Creative Fabrica, a Dutch company, seems be be using freebies to promote a $5 USD a month subscription service. Images are in svg, eps and rasterized Png formats. It's free, so one cannot complain.

  Be careful as it does do an automatic subscription by clicking on it. If you claim through PayPal, you can cancel the subscription straight away

  Grabbed the rasterized versions, but would not rate them.

  Better off with openclipart.org which has a mix of qualities but it's all free, public domain, too…
