Twinkly Lights is one the more advanced Christmas lighting brands and when compared with the Phillips HUE range most of the reviews find the Twinkly version with better color and more functionality.

Not record low but not far from the historical low according to CCC. Recent Myer clearance was exceptional but this is still a solid price and a good time to stock up just 11 months in advance.
NB - This is the RGB only version without white

      did u post the deal?

      • Yes it was posted at the time. Pre Xmas. $49

      No they didn’t.
They had twinkly compatible lights for $50…

I would rather buy 5 sets of the twinkly licensed lumations lights than one set of these.
        https://help.twinkly.com/en/help/what-are-twinkly-products-l…

        • I don't undserstand why?
if they're 5x cheaper, then sure - makes financial sense.
if they're the same price - Twinkly stuff generally seems to be made to a better standard.
for me, Twinkly genuine is worth a premium over the cheaper cabled / finished alternatives
That premium sits between 1x and 2x the cheaper alternatives

Saying that though, i've never bought a full priced Twinkly set - so i'm taking into account the discounted prices.

I"ve 22 sets of twinkly lights now, and only one failure, the older 20 lamp festoon has a failed controller.

      • Yes they did. I got Twinkly brand string lights (600x) at Costco for $49. They were 100% Twinkly brand - on the box, manual, everything.

    • They were "Lumations" (version 1 of the strings)
This post is for Version 2.

Both Costco and Myer were in store only. Thanks for posting this. Still a good deal. And free shipping. I bought a set

  • Any deals on twinkies?

  • Thanks, icicles also on special at JBHiFi

    • Do you have a link? Can't seem to find them?? Or did you see this instore? Icicles went on clearance prior to Xmas and sold out at all VIC JB stores.

Looks like it’s gone off the website, hopefully my order goes through.

Wish these were the RGB+W will hold out for a deal on them.

    • yeah, I am waiting for RGB+W in the 600x 2

    • So these ones can't acheive warm white? If so good to know, I would've been in strife with the Mrs. I like colour but she likes a classic look.

      • They can achieve warm white fine. Just the ones that have the +W (I think the 600's have them) can do pure white.

  • Anyone buy these and get sent the wrong item? I ordered the 250 rgb+white 20 metre lights and they sent me the 100 rgb only set!!

    • Received 2x 400 rgb a couple of days ago all good. Since it was fulfilled by Amazon, I am sure you wont have trouble asking for a replacement.

      • I messaged them and they've refunded my purchase amount, but also let me keep the lights they sent by accident. Amazon customer service is simply amazing.
