Just spotted 2 x 4-Pack 250 ml Mother Sugar-Free for $5 at Coles in Dog Swamp, WA. This works out to 62.5 cents per can.
I can't seem to find any mention of this offer in this week's catalogue, so I'm unsure when it ends, and whether or not it's available at other stores in WA or around the country. Best of luck with the hunt.
Update: Looks like others have spotted it in their local stores in Perth and Hobart. And the offer ends on November 6.

Great price, but these taste disgusting, I regret buying it. Horrible.
I didn't like it when I first tasted it.. but it's now growing on me. Like Coke Zero, hated it at first but now when I have normal Coke it's just way too sweet for me.

Bottom right corner of the shelf label states the expiry date of specials.. Same for 1st choice and maybe others under coles banner.
to clarify for others, date is the expiry of the special price, not the product itself

Same deal available in VIC (Kilsyth). Was 2 for $6 last week. Stock expires on 11th December, so I'd say the warehouse is trying to clear excess stock as this seems to have a shorter shelf life compared to other energy drinks. I also find it humorous that it's 1 for $8, or 2 for $5, and then you get the idiot customers (obviously not Ozbargainers) who only want one, and you mention that they can get two for less money, and they refuse.
Better value to buy the big cans, I think. Peace out.
This is 2 litres for $5. The equivalent of $0.63 per 250mL can, or $1.25 per can of 500mL.
While you may be able to find a special on the big cans every now and then that's better, it'd be pretty freakin' rare.

It's an area.. The actual suburb is Yokine but that area is known as Dog Swamp cause you guessed it.. The swamp next to the shopping area is called Dog Swamp :-P
