I presume this is when you don't have a dishwasher?
This quite small for the price and IMHO overpriced for what it is. If you use a dish rack extensively and have access to Costco, this one is way better. If you can, wait for a special as it occasionally goes down to around $40-45.
We have this dish rack and soap dispenser bundle. It's been quite disappointing really. I usually like J&J stuff but this has already started going rusty. Not sure how long we've had it but I don't think it's been years. Was expecting a bit more from it.
Going by comments on other J&J items plus my own experience, everything they make that contains metals seems to rust easily.
The utensils handle melts in the dishwasher too
Possibly. This may be the first stainless steel item we've bought from them but I have read some bad reviews for other SS products.
We had a Simplehuman dishrack that went a bit rusty after a few years. They had a 5 year warranty though and they promptly sent us a new one. We used that second one for another maybe 7 years and the replaceable part in the middle started going rusty. We couldn't get the part though as they didn't stock that part in Australia. All up we used the dishrack(s) 9 years or so. I should see if you can buy that part now. Failing that, we may try to get some cheapo plastic rack to sit inside the J&J one to try to extend it's life a little. We had no luck finding a suitable replacement for the Simplehuman one.

This was a great deal, all time lowest for this thing and likely to remain for a long time, if not forever.
Got a similar thing from Aldi about a week ago for $20 and really happy with that.
Same here, don't spend silly money on this it costs nowhere near purchase price, Aldi far superior version
Got this a few weeks ago. It is an absolute piece of rubbish. Go to Kmart or Aldi and get a better once at a fraction of this price.
