expired Save 10 Cents Per Litre When You Spend $50 or More at Woolworths

I think this is as close as woolworths can get to beat Coles's 8cents per litre for every $30 spent, but 10cents per litre is a lot for big tank cars.

+2 votesNo, the last offer started on a Monday and there were still places sub-1.40 a couple days later before they all went up on Thursday. Don't forget you get 29 days to use these too.
At the moment prices in Melbourne are about as low as the trough in the last cycle and could get a bit lower, so the conspiracy theories that these offers only come when prices are raised don't hold up.

I wish somone can do the sums on how much of a total saving that would be. A rough Estimate is that if Petrol is $1.40/L, You could fill up $107.68 (76.91L), get 10c/L off Petrol bringing it down to $99.99 and then ING would give you an extra $4.99 rebate. Total saving $12.68.
Warning - My maths could be seriously wrong or I might be mistaken about Woolworths PayWave and even if I am right, these calculations would be different if the petrol price is $1.41 putting you over the $99.99 limit.

You can enter WOOLWORTHS PETROL AUSTRALIA in the Merchant Name field.

I also find that you can essentially get 4 litres of milk, or 2 loaves of bread cheap. Just spend the $5 (2 milk, 2 bread or 1 of either), to get an extra 4c off per litre and depending upon how many litres of fuel you purchase you can almost save that $5 for the extra items.
Always buy milk / bread with the petrol, so don't need to buy it from the supermarket.
Still works at Coles Express too, but not as worthwhile because you only need to spend $2 and get an extra 2c off per litre.
Hope that it clear enough to understand

The wholesale price of petrol has fallen around 8c in the past 2 weeks. We should be in the low $1.30s by the low point in the retail fuel price cycle by next week. Save your 10c vouchers until then.

They were offering 4c a litre discount when fuel was half the current cost. 10c is only slightly above where the standard discount ought to be if they were serious. In my neck of the woods Caltex/Woolworths and Shell/Coles are regularly 2c a litre above the average going rate. Very little incentive to shop at either store, apart from specials of course. Still, when I need to shop there I'm happy to take their 8c+ discount and roll up with my jerry cans to get the full 150l entitlement.
+1 voteRevoked +ve due to not receiving the discount. The 10 cpl discount didn't transfer to my everyday rewards card in time when I filled the car with 50 litres of unleaded. On top of that, the PayWave terminal at the Werribee Caltex service station was out of order so I missed out on the ING rebate as well. !

Latest offer in new catalogue (from Wed 14) is 20c/l off when you spend $100+ on certain gift cards, but the gift cards aren't discounted at all. These are cards that have been in Woolies catalogues for 20% off in the past, so the offer is very underwhelming and I obviously won't be bothering.
