Yes I immediately got my refund as they had cancelled it. No issues with that.
Oh that sucks. I have booked Kuranda, a reef trip and theme park tickets from them and had no dramas.
Not sure about the reason. Experienceoz stated cancellation reason as Operator requested to cancel. When I checked with the operator they are mentioning that ExperienceOz has mentioned them that I have requested to cancel. I have dropped an email to them asking for explanation for cancellation and they are yet to come back.
Oh that's exciting I'm planning to use it for Cairns experiences too! Do you know how long we have until the promo code disappears?

I tried booking for the start of May 24 without success. I believe Promo only valid for bookings up until 30 April 2024 not 21 June 24 :/ I also called to double check.
Me too, tried booking for mid June also and it wouldn't work… get this error code 'Error
The coupon code you entered is invalid for the booking date between 2024-05-01 and 2028-05-01.' which is weird, because it is in those dates.Seems to be working now
Won't ever book from ExperienceOz. Just came back from NZ trip. 2 of my bookings were cancelled for no reason a day before my visit. Later had to book directly through the operator's website.
