    PSA: This is one of the few "budget 1080p 100Hz monitors" that has DisplayPort, allowing you to use Gsync with an Nvidia GPU.
    (I bought a similar model, the MP243X and tested it, and no Gsync does not work on the HDMI port. I am aware that Gsync works with HDMI 2.1, but these budget monitors generally do not use 2.1)

      I am a bit confused here, going by the specs even the 243X has an DisplayPort, doesn't it? So technically even the 243x should support Gysnc ?

        Yes, it does. What I meant is Gsync works with the Displayport but not with the HDMI port.

          Thank you for this point. I was eyeing off this vs another model with dual HDMI and this fact puts the MSI Pro ahead for sure.

          I can't find anywhere what comes in the box!? For this price I'm doubting it comes with DP cable!
