Aqua Dustpan Set $1 + Delivery ($0 C&C/ in-Store/ OnePass) @ Kmart & Target

2460

Not sure how they can make and sell this for just $1. And the reviews are very favourable as well. Stay safe, and enjoy :)

Got 2 with free OnePass shipping! Cheers TA!

  • +3

also $1 at Kmart 2.0 for those who live closer to one

    • Yep, was adding to post just as you commented. Thanks so much :)

  • +11

Laughing at the eBay sellers, especially this one 😂
142 sold 🤯, with a profit of $0.21 per sale

    • Goes towards the OnePass subscription costs ;)

    • +2

How can they even post it for that?

      • +22

Dropshipper, they don’t even hold the stock
Once there’s a sale on eBay, seller will buy it from Kmart/Target with free shipping via OnePass and then Kmart/Target will deliver it to your doorstep

        • +7

And what’s crazy is if there’s just 1 return, the return postage of $9+ would make you lose all the profit from about 40+ sales at 21c profit.

          • +2

@OutOfTime: Probably would just refund rather than return, no?

            • +1

@pharcyde: That's definitely the best way. In my case, I received a cheap dropshipped item that didn't match the description, and was provided a prepaid return label automatically/instantly by eBay. I assume the seller had incorrectly set up their return rules on ebay…

        • +10

Suprised onepass hasnt cancelled their account. Surely the constant different names is a giveaway.

        • I learned a new word Dropshipper.

      • +2

They dropship using OnePass.. it will come with a kmart label on the package.

    • Yeah too many reseller of kmart crap on ebay for a tiny margin. I think it is cheaper not to have OnePass actually.. but kmart/OnePass must be losing so much trying to compete with Amazon!

      • +1

I bought one from Kmart with OnePass just for the lols but I do need one for my garage anyway

      • -1

I bought pet nail clippers on ebay and a pair of Anker brand clippers from Kmart was sent to me

        • +5

Anker Anko. Anker is the headphone and charger brand.

    • +1

Maybe they buy with 10% employee discount at kmart

      • +4

It's gone down to 5% now.
        Source: I work for them.

        • +1

Damn did they at least give you guys a water bottle with your name on it too

    • +1

well they earnt a free 30 dollars if they were dropshipping

      • Not exactly free.. takes a few hours to process 142 orders (2 minutes each at least?) plus you have to deal with ebay buyers and lost packages.

        • at 0.21 profit per order, it’ll definitely be through an API ordering system to make it worth any while

          • @cazzamaphone: Automated dropshipping way to go now on ebay. Whilst they might only be making a small margin they could also be chasing credit card points….very easy to stack alot of these up on high volume low profit sales.

    • Is Click & Collect at the local kmart?

    • $10 delivery from Kmart while $0 deliver from the ebay. Ebay now has increased to $1.39 lol.

    • +3

Who’s buying them lol, 4 sold since this comment was made

    • +4

Fun Fact with the ebay fees seller actually makes -11c, perhaps he is using this as a min loss to drive sales to their other products? who knows

    • lol didnt even cover feebay fees

  • Good to see you back TA.

    • +3

      Where did he go?

      • +3

3 long running deals in a row? Must've been on the run!

  • +1

    Lets clean them up

    • u mean “clear” them up?

    • Clean up Target & Kmart to fill the home with dustpan

  • I also got a 9L bucket for $1. Not sure what the regular price is but seems like a bargain

    • +4

Those buckets are crap, pay a few extra bucks and get a Bunnings bucket or paint bucket that will actually last.

    • For $2 you can start a cleaning business with these 2 items. What cost of living crisis?

  • +4

    Aqua Dustpan

So to be used underwater I guess

    • No, it's for sweeping up H20 molecules.

    • They are not dishwasher safe, their toilet brushes are though.

      • you put a toilet brush in your dishwasher 😱😱

  • +1

Could always use an extra dustpan around the house.

Definitely a case for buy now and figure out a purpose later.

    • Car wheels, esp if you use a degreaser or other cleaning products.

  • -4

Cheap and nasty. Poor quality. Don't take my word for it go feel it yourself.

      • -2

I chucked this into the bin when I finally managed to snag a Sabco at half price.

    • +3

It's been perfectly fine for me for the past year.

    • It is a dollar..!
I usually try to avoid feeling my dustpan while I am cleaning.. does it collect dust?

      • +20

I threw out my Dyson because it was just collecting dust

    • I use the broom to remove spider webs and crap off he fence. Works pretty good for that but mediocre as a dustpan.

    • @tightarse Great to see you around
@adventurer I've bought this before. It's acceptable for the price. Can't beat Sabco's quality though.
Also tried the Kmart long handle dustpan/broom. Acceptable for the price. Also can't beat Sabco and ended up buying the Sabco long handle dustpan set.

    • Nope it is a great product cheaper than a cup of coffee

  • +1

These are no good. Sweeping fine dirt into them is far more challenging than usual with the sweep and creep back movement. The lip on the front of the pan is just too high and arched. Unless I just bought a bad one, but they all seemed to be the same. I would prefer to pay five times as much for something bigger and more useful especially being a one off purchase that I might keep for 10+ years.

  • Ozbargained…..

  • I owned a more expensive one from bunnings but I think they look the same.

  • +10

    Mothers Day sorted

  • +3

Is this a deal to post? Kmart has many $1 items in a wide variety, usually with lower quality.

Title should include +delivery ($10 to my place without onepass).

    • With 300 stores around Australia, the majority of people have one within striking distance for free pick-up.

  • Good for the car. It picks up the dirt the vacuum doesn't get because the bristles are firmish.

  • +4

Another GREAT deal from TA !
That's WHY he is Number 1 on Ozbargain !
    Thanks TA 😁

    • +1
      • Yep…sorry you are right …BUT TA is One of a Kind !

      • Ok, TA is #1 on on OzBargain without military grade autism

  • +3

Great price but they also have similar one at Bunnings and Coles for $2.50 and its made in Australia!

    • +1

That Geelong brush set looks better quality for $2.85.

      • Only $2.50. I have used them and theyre pretty good but still got 2 of these.

        • +1

Must have variable pricing. $2.85 in Cba atm

      • The Geelong brush one is really one to put away and use on special occasions, if you have someone round that you would like to impress. The $1 ones will be the ones I use when nobody is around.

    • At Bunnings, there are $1.49 a sets, stronger, larger, but it's 50% more. :-)

Just saw this @tightarse lol "If buying at Target, use your favourite cashback provider for additional savings."

  • +1

Its only 99c if you buy from Target and Cashrewards. it tracked nearly instantly too! But you dont get that 1c if the order is cancelled.

  • I have one and it is pretty flimsy, but hey 'I'd buy that for a dollar" (well another one).

    • Its got great reviews on Kmart. I am starting to think Kmart shoppers are just looking for a cheap item and not really looking into how flimsy a product is.

  • -1

    grab one, cheers.

  • +1

How good is this one for scraping off leaves and bird poo of the trampoline mat?

    • Depends if your neighbours can work out its a $1 one, might be worth the $2.50 one from bunnings to save any embarassment.

      • +1

More concerned about the trampoline mat getting spoilt by the bristles than the neighbours

    • +1

These are indoor use only I believe

    • +1

Get the $5.00 one from Bunnings for outdoor stuff. Much larger and better quality. The Kmart one cracks if dropped.

  • +1

    Adrian Monk would love this.

  • +2

Delivery drivers will be busy carrying many of these in their vans…. Sudden surge of dustpans bought

But honestly this is the best way to use onepass

  • Kid stood on it earlier today, what timing!
OnePass subscription gets a workout. Even bought a backup.
Hell, even the cardboard box it comes in will be perfect size for some clothes I've been meaning to return too. Thanks!

  • +1

    Ordered 10 of them 🙏

  • +1

    Thank you China !

  • -1

It’s always been $1.00 since it’s release lol

    • Got to do it for the fake internet points 🙄

  • So what are the chances of finding a store with some in stock?

    • Just use onepass and it doesnt matter. Already been sent from Target.

      • Kmart website said OOS. I went into a Target and plenty of stock. Looked like regular price and not a special though.

  • -1

These are of terrible quality. The plastic is brittle and cracks when dropped. Also, the bristle is very stiff, so it flicks the dirt up and around when sweeping into the pan.

  • -1

    Thanks OP!

  • -1

I will NEVER step in a Kmart store again after what happened last time

    • What happened?

  • +1

Good to know that 2 with free OnePass shipping! Finally! I can use my one pass
