Samsung Tradein - Trade Expire No Refund?

Hi,

Has anyone had an issue with Samsung trade-in?

I swapped my Zfold4 for S24U, it was back in February 24, I still haven't received my refund come mid April. Even tho email when I sent my unit said allow 5 days for refund.

I contacted Samsung but they keep directing me to Asurion and they don't have an email just have an option " ask for help" but they haven't replied back to me at all?

    I would have kicked off a chargeback after 10 days if they didn't reply. Can still do so now, I presume.

    If you can't do a chargeback for any reason, raise a complaint through their complain section, then raise it with whatever your local complaints body is.

    • Yea, I'll wait for a bit and see if Samsung can help until then otherwise I'll have to complain via ACCC.
