Olight is having another sale.. I'm waiting for the Array to get cheaper, which I think won't happen until xmas time again. . but a few of my 'go-to' items are discounted so am posting them here.

Olight Seeker 4 Pro $149.96 (RRP: $199.95)

Taken from the website:

  • Higher Performance: Max throw: 260m; max output: 4,600 lumens, 10% higher than the Seeker 3 Pro.
  • Effortless Operation at your Fingertips: The enlarged metal side switch offers improved rotational grip and a much smoother stepless dimming experience.
  • First Laser Microperforation in the Flashlight Industry 1,200 micro holes are created on the metal bezel to display visible indicators with a futuristic and elegant look.
  • The Best Wingman Ever - the Versatile Holster As an industry-leading and innovative holster, this groundbreaking design offers flashlight auto lock/unlock, charging, storage, and carrying options.
  • Dual Charging Options: Type-C charging (with Holster) or MCC3 magnetic charging (MCC3 2A charging).

Olight Javelot Pro 2 Hunting Kit $272.96 (RRP $389.95) (not as cheap as previous sales of $253.46)

From the website:

The intense beam and ultra-long throw make the Javelot Pro 2 a perfect long-distance flashlight for hunting, search and rescue, or property perimeter checks! Gear up and get outside with this elite upgrade!

  • Mind-blowing performance: Max 2,500 lumens with an extreme 1050-meter beam distance
  • Multiple applications: The perfect body diameter allowing you to comfortable use handheld or mount on your long-range rifle with the optional dual-stage remote switch.
  • Battery pack: Supersized battery with a consecutive 12-day runtime

Olight Marauder Mini 7000 Lumens RGB LED Torch $224.96 (RRP $299.95)

This is something I am definitely not going to buy. This is a stupid bright flashlight. That's about it. It has red/green/blue and that's pretty bright but, from what I've seen, it's heavy and bulky (understandably).

This would be good for camping, caving, doing other things in the dark where you need light (get your mind out of the gutter), but probably not hunting.

If you're going to get something like this, make sure you don't use it to bother people / neighbors / other campers; seriously.

From the website:

  • Large Battery Capacity: Customized 24Wh 32650 rechargeable lithium battery ensures extended runtime. Now compatible with Olight’s MCC3 magnetic charging cable.
  • Uniformly Distributed RGB Colour LEDs: Three RGB color LEDs are uniformly distributed around the converging lens, making it suitable for use during any occasion.
  • Dual-beam with Spot and Flood: An array of LEDs offers two powerful beam choices: a 600-meter max throw from the central LED’s spotlight beam, or a 7,000-lumen max output floodlight beam from the 9 surrounding LEDs.
  • Safest in its Class: A built-in thermal sensor and cooling fins to ensure safety in case of overheating and lens obstruction.

Otacle A1 Hatchet $92.96 (RRP $123.95)

So I ended up buying this during the last sale. It's SO much better than the crappy Bunnings thing I got.

From the website:

  • Multifunctional: Incorporates a hatchet, a hammer, a pry bar, and a nail puller.
  • Durable Steel: Robust full-tang construction made from tough and durable 50Cr15MoV stainless steel.
  • Comfortable Grip: Ergonomic G10 handle with a non-slip matrix texture ensures an excellent grip.
  • Kydex Sheath: Extremely durable Kydex sheath offers safe storage and transport as well as protection for the blade.
  • Belt Clip: Built-in adjustable belt clip on the sheath allows easy, hands-free transport.

Topcashback have got 10% cashback right now. Not sure when it ends. I don't know how shopback and topcashback regard the coupons that you can win as part of their lucky wheel but I used them with cashrewards in a previous sale and they still gave me cashback. Not sure if that was intended or not.

Some of the items you highlighted can be bought via their DIY bundles which can bring about more savings if you buy 2 or more items.

    • Thanks for this! I'll check the DIY bundles and update the list!

2 or more 40% off -> the marauder is included and hatchet
        Cashrewards is 10% cashback

        • +2

Yeah, sorry, I thought there might have been more but yeah just the two from the 4 above. I'll probably try to get a hatchet and some other stuff.

    • +2

PS: All price has been matched + an additional 20% off with eBay code CBT24APR at their Olight Direct eBay Store.

      • Yeah, I used this last night to get even better price for a baton 4 premium.

Held off on the arkfeld pro though. I don't NEED laser or UV… But I do want them… I'll wait til there is a colour I want, or a titanium version.

        • Also tempted by the Arkfeld PRO but can't justify the price for something I'll rarely use.

      • And it's nice to see that Jack didn't visit either.

  • Anything for mountain biking?

You also get a free small torch with orders or on its own ($7.95 shipping) https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/841003

    • Mine never turned up (not even sure it shipped) when I ordered my Marauder Mini 7000 late last year. Keep meaning to chase it up but never got round to it.

      • I think I've received 4 or 5. Never missing for me. Love the i1R2 Pro as a freebie.

  • is the hatchet any good?

    • +1

I do have one that I have actively been using and I can say two things.

      1. It is hella sharp.. Even after using it to chop wood, and some tree branches and stuff, I could still easily use it to cut open a coconut for drinking the juice from.

      2. The hammer end of it does wear down when you hit tent pegs that are harder than the steel the hammer is made from.. Not a big deal because it still does what it's meant to do and it does definitely hold up to the abuse.

One other thing I learned the hard way is that if you're hammering in tent pegs, make sure you keep the cover on the blade.. As I said, it's sharp, so will easily cut through your tent if you aren't careful… speaking from experience :(

      • bad luck on the tent! ha

        • And for me 😂

          • @the-rabs: bought the hatchet. lets see how she cuts! (hopefully not my fingers)!

any tips for sharpening down the track? or just standard whetstone stuff?

  • Don't forget to check the 'coupon' section in your account page.

I had a $15 off coupon for orders > $110 just sitting there (maybe from the prize wheel?), and it worked with the current sale.

    Grabbed a Seeker 4 Pro for $134.96

    • Those should auto apply. Mine did when I crossed the threshold.

      • Mine didn't, I had to buy it through the coupons page

PS. Just received $7.33 via the shopback app

  • +3

PS: All the items listed in the OP are cheaper from their Olight Direct eBay Store.

Price has been matched with their website + an additional 20% off with eBay code CBT24APR
