The Royal Edition contains award-winning open world RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance and all released DLCs: Treasures of the Past, From the Ashes, The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon, Band of Bastards, and A Woman's Lot.

• Kingdom Come: Deliverance

You're Henry, the son of a blacksmith. Thrust into a raging civil war, you watch helplessly as invaders storm your village and slaughter your friends and family. Narrowly escaping the brutal attack, you grab your sword to fight back. Avenge the death of your parents and help repel the invading forces!

• Treasures of the Past

Treasure maps of the lords banished by King Sigismund of Hungary, leading to the hidden treasures of those patriots, bandits and schemers.

• From the Ashes

As a newly appointed bailiff, you must decide what buildings to erect and what people to bring in, and you must also settle disputes between the villagers. Each building is unique and comes with its own upgrades, material and labour requirements, so you will face some difficult decisions.

• The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon

Kingdom Come: Deliverance's second DLC ""The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon"" revolves around the popular character's attempts to woo the fairest maid he has ever set eyes upon, and his success will not only depend on his own mastery of the art of love – it’s also up to you, Henry, his trusty wingman, to ensure that The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon come to a happy end!

• Band of Bastards

Kingdom Come: Deliverance's third DLC focuses on combat and minor skirmishes. Sir Radzig's old enemies are pillaging his estates, so he enlists the help of an old acquaintance, Kuno of Rychwald, the leader of an infamous mercenary band. Naturally, they need a guide, and who better for the job than Henry?

• A Woman's Lot

Armed with fortitude and dignity, she faces the coming days with a smile on her lips. And since God moves in mysterious ways, none of us can know the lot we shall have to bear. But it is often those of whom we least expect it who encounter an extraordinary destiny…

  • I remember this game being horrendously difficult, with the worst archery and lock picking mechanics I'd ever seen at the time. Any update from anyone who has played it recently on whether that's changed at all??

    • +1

Archery is still annoying imo, lock picking I never found difficult (on PC, at-least; there are always mods for both gameplay mechanics if you don't like them)

    • Played recently on Xbox, you can change the lock picking to an easier mode which IMO is essential if you're using a controller.

I didn't use archery much, but same as everything in this game, I would suggest if you're willing to put in the effort you would have no problems.

  • I got this free on one of the launchers for PC but base game only. I know frame rate is capped at 30fps on console but worth picking this up over the base game on PC?

    • +1

If you've already played through the game, none of the DLC is worth playing by themselves.

If you haven't played through it yet, then the from the ashes DLC is worth playing whilst you play through the main game

      • Haven't played it at all so might be worth it for $5 even if I have the base PC version
