Blueendless M.2 SSD USB-C Dock: SATA US$6.38 (~A$9.84), NVMe US$9.12 (~A$14.07) Shipped @ Shop1103107508 AliExpress

200

On sale are three M.2 SSD USB-C Docks for those who want to be able to access M.2 SSDs quickly without having to screw them into a case. I use these quite a lot for cloning and accessing M.2 SSDs on the go.

There are 3 variants (mentioned below) to choose from on the listing and they're all using USB-C cables. Despite the SATA variant mentioning US$1.99 it shows as free at checkout.

  • SD01A: M.2 SATA 5Gbps - US$6.38 (~A$9.84)
  • SD02A: M.2 NVMe 10Gbps - US$9.12 (~A$14.07)
  • SD03A: M.2 NVMe/SATA 10Gbps - US$10.29 (~A$15.87)

AU$ based on current Mastercard rate and GST inclusive.

How to get the AU$ price in the title with PayPal:

Setting overseas websites to AUD or letting PayPal do the currency conversion results in an inflated rate. To get the correct rate you need a card without international fees and do the following:

  • Set the website currency to USD
  • Checkout with PayPal
  • Select your card with no international fees
  • Click "See currency options"
  • Select USD to bill the card in USD instead of AUD
  • Proceed with checkout

Now you'll get the correct MasterCard or VISA exchange rate depending on the card.

Can also be used as sundial :D

  • 10gbps through put for 15, seems good but the design seems unpleasant and prone to damage of the m.2

    • I'm worried i snap my m2

Guess it would be ok if your going to just do a quick transfer of data, but the. There’s enclosures and in general better methods of doing it..

  • Is ths just a quick solution for m.2 storage lol

  • Can anyone add it to the cart? "Buy Now" is greyed out for me for all 3 options.

    • Looks like it's all gone "This deal is already sold out! "

      • I am seeing "92, 81, 97 Pieces available" but not the sold out message.

It means the stock allocated to the promotional price has sold out. To give you a better idea of how it works for Super Deals is this:

"sourceType=561" products show under "New daily deals 50%+ off" while "sourceType=562" products show under "More to love". Products can show in both with the former being cheaper than the latter.

Once you know it's a good way to score some insane deals ;) "570" is used for "3 from US$2.99" and "680" for "Big Save", however these won't work outside the app.

    • Try using this link with the SourceType parameter removed. The price is a little higher, but still heavily discounted.

You can always pay more for RGB

Blegh, pay more for superfluous crap that only serves to increase my electricity bill? I have no plans to hand in my OzB membership just yet.
