Free eBook: Getting Results The Agile Way - Amazon Kindle, Normally US $9.99

280

Ths book introduces you to a simple system of organising your work and personal life to 'Get Things Done!' It's got pretty good reviews. I haven't read it yet but looking forward to reading and applying it myself.

If I read CamelCamelCamel correctly, it has just gone free today. But not sure how long it will be free for, so grab it while you can.

Note that if you don't have a Kindle, you can still use smartphone apps or cloud readers (desktop browser add-ons) to read Kindle books.

PS. This is my first post. Be nice, be nasty, be neutral. Feel free to do whichever you like, I am happy take them all. :)

Scrimshaw Note:

This book is actually available to read online for free.
If you have "missed out" on the free Amazon deal, you can read this at:

http://gettingresults.com/wiki/Getting_Results_the_Agile_Way…

I have checked the contents and found they are identical in every way to the book.

book introduces you to a simple system of organising your work and personal life to 'Get Things Done!'

And the irony of it is, 50% of you who get this book will probably never get around to actually reading it.

not free anymore back to normal price

    • No Agile way to get it free? Oh wait you need the book for that…

BTW your neg is not valid. The deal has simply expired, as deals do.

  • Can any one upload this too me.

Can Anyone upload a copy given that it was FREE.

    • Did you have any luck with an upload. I would be keen to get a free copy too.

  • It's online yes, but would be nice if someone reshares/uploads the ebook /kindle version for those of us wanting the file for offline use/without the webpage access. Anyone please?

    • Can't. DRM protected?

      • Netslicer, saving each HTML page would take much longer though? Doesn't Calibre or some other software convert/get rid of DRM anyway, in which case can't you reupload the file scrimshaw? Sorry not too in the know as I have got a kindle but havne't had a chance to use it yet.

But if you could just upload the file to a sharing site then we can deal with DRM individually as I'm sure there's a way aroudn that?

          or this
          http://www.sendmyway.com/4imsjt29db5s

This is the default AZW file that I download through the Kindle to PC app. It's still DRM protected.

        • scrimshaw, I downloaded your copy.

To remove DRM protection and convert it to another format, I need your kindle serial number in order to decrypt it.

The serial number is sixteen characters long, starts with a ‘B’ and is case-sensitive. (Kindle settings -> Device Info -> Serial Number).

I would be very grateful if you can help me.

    • If you really want an offline copy, you can save the HTML pages and use Calibre to convert to ebook format.
