Agreed. Plus, depending on the person & area they can make the EB price back in a single outing! :)
Also raises money for the makers of EB. I'm pretty sure they are not a not for profit group.
I suppose you also boycott McHappy Day & Ronald McDonald House charities???
Those things are worth their weight in gold if you use all the deals. Also you are not supposed to sell for less than the RRP

charity is not license for self righteousness
the catholic church is in a lot of hot water because of their being above social norms.
this is just another business strategy
sellers get paid a large take of it
charities may have high overheads [for directors fees]
so don't presume that charity is sacrosanct
and be sanctimonious
ultimately is is economics
and the request is not inappropriateinteresting, just wanted a bargain, if the 12 month period of the books is 1/2 expired then surely the books can not sell for the full price??
Your only chance of getting one half price is to buy a used one secondhand.
