Also, EXTREMELY important: If you do use these as intended, with a UV lamp - NEVER set gel polish if you accidently get some on your skin. Always remove it from the cuticle / any surrounding skin first (using a paintbrush and some alcohol works well). To do so can cause you to develop a methacrylate allergy which can potentially give you a lifelong allergy to the following which may have them present:
Acrylate adhesives
Artificial fingernail adhesive
Automotive coatings and sealants
Bone cement
Dental materials:
• Crowns
• Veneers
• Fillings
Enamel resins
Hearing Aids
Lacquers
Latex paints
Leather goods:
• Belts
• Handbags
• Shoes
• Watch bands
Treated paper and textile
None of them show up at that price for me.

A PSA: Don't make the rookie man-mistake that I made. Apparently gel polish needs a UV light to go off (maybe it will work outdoors?). I bought after reading excellent reviews and thinking how young daughter would like the colours, and then we were both confused when it never dried haha. My wife had to explain what was wrong, then wipe it all off
