Yeah, I brought it in Sept 2023 for $89. It's a good product for my own use case.

Where did you bring it to

      Even better
      $72 via here

Never heard of that store before but there’s a presence in Lidcombe

      • $15 shipping for me :(

        • Turns out this post has a shipping charge unless you spend $80.05 lol

Yeah and then price match at JB and use a perks voucher to get it for $69. That’s what I did last month

  • Is it the UGREEN one is better?

    • Yes, this belkin one is outdated with fewer charging standards.

What is outdated? Keen to hear more.

  • Question. With charger like this, if we connect 4 cables to each port (3 cables with nothing on the other end and 1 connected to a phone), , will it distribute power as it sees 4 are connected or smart enough to see 1??

    • +1

If I’m understanding the question - there’s nothing connected to the three cables, so there’s nothing to send power to.

    • I think I read somewhere that it does see if it is a USB C to lightening cable for some reason, however other cables are invisible if nothing is connected.

I have the charger and it works great. I haven't noticed it having the annoying stop and restart when connecting a new device, which is nice too.

      • I have had an issue with chargers thinking an mfi lightning cable is connected to something when it isn't and it reduces the power to my laptop as a result. Never had the issue with standard USB-C though.

Personally at this point I'd want 3x USB-C ports and 1x USB-A on a device like this. I don't have many devices left which would utilise the USB-A port.
