That is why I said isn't it RRP bcos I don't know if the free charger should go into the trash bin or recycle bin especially the OP is prepare to spend $60 for a smart charger (hopefully before the free charger kills the batteries).
Sanyo don't make any smart chargers other than that USB powered one. the quick charger doesn't have delta-v cutoff.
