      Well it's definitely tied to an account. I don't know if they check if multiple accounts live at the same address.

        Based on my experience, they cross check your address too & prevent you from claiming from same address again.

      I didn't have to wait for any email, they showed a code, but the credit was put straight in my account. It's possible that they sent me confirmation, haven't checked that mailbox yet.

    I created a photo book using the Redeem Now link, added all the photos, rearrange etc… Then when check out it still said $11.95… What did I do wrong hmmm?

      Maybe you picked the wrong product, hardcover instead of softcover, or some other size?

    When it says $11.95, click through and it will show $0.00. The big mistake I did was place my code in the redemption box and it threw up an error. You do not need to put the code that was sent to you in the redemption box.

      I did the same thing and entered the code in the code box (funny that) and it didnt work as well.

      Ended up getting the freebie in the end, but terrible implementation of a promo.

    Well, I can't get this to work. My account displays this as credit, but when I chose to "Order Now", it asks me to pick what I want but ends up being 11.95 How did you all do it?

    EDIT: Just proceed to checkout, select standart shipping. On the payment page all will go down to $0

    Hi OP,

    I can't still seem to get this to work. I went through the link. I already had an account and so I logged in. I was asked to fill in my details and then I received the redemption code via e-mail (which I have read is not necessary to be used at all which is silly). I then created an a custom cover book (13x18cm) with 30 uploaded pictures, which fitted all in the pages of the cover book. I selected a "simple" style for the cover, and when I had added it to the shopping cart, and scrolled all the way down to the bottom of the page, it was valued at 11.95 and the order total of 19.45. I then clicked Check out and this was the page with the delivery options and address, coupons, gift certificates. Everything I left as default, standard post, no coupons entered or anything ,etc. I then pressed continue and was presented with a order total of 27.35 which is because of the delivery of course. Although, where is the credit??? Now I'm on the page for Payment method, credit card or PayPal, although it's $27.35??? Free? What? Where are the credits? Any help would be appreciated, tahnks!

      It turns out I previously had a few orders, and that's why there was an influx in the cost. I've now removed that, but the subtotal is still $16.90 (incl. standard delivery), and it states that on the Payment method page… any idea on how to proceed from here?

      Not into the checkout page from what I remember.
      After this, your credit will appear in your account.

      Do you mean the Step 5? "review"? If so yes, it says Photo book price $11.95, 13x18 Custom Soft Cover Photo Book 20 pages, although after adding it to the cart, the above situation still happens.

    Got mine today… In a sense it's pretty good considering it's free.
    In another sense, it's quite tacky. Wouldn't pay for it.
    Hard cover would def. make it feel a lot more "legit".

    For those of you who purchased this & see this comment after the deal has expired and have yet to redeem the offer, the description on the 'credit and balance history' section of my snapfish account says this deal expires December 31 2012 not Jan 31, 2013 as listed in the offer…..better check just in case yours is the same!

    Is there a way to see the post "Snapfish 13x18cm PhotoBook Free Incl. Shipping (Again Again!) Incl. Existing Customers" that links to this post as it was removed for being a duplicate ? I would like to see what the link was as the title seems to suggest its not a duplicate as its says "(Again Again!)" which would mean the poster knew about the other 2 offers and this was a third offer available to people who already used the other 2.
