Dick Smith Gift Card drama

I was very excited to be able to take the recent 10% Dick Smith Gift card promotion and save additional 5% using Woolies Wish Card until I receive my parcel last night.

There were only 4 gift cards in the air express parcel, I quickly check to see there is no mistake or 4 X $125??? to make up the $500 in total. Unfortunately that is not the case.

I have now emailed and called Dick Smith support line. They are looking into the issue. I have done my best to provide them with the 4 gift card details. Hoping they will re-issue the last one asap as a honest mistake.

The invoice I have definitely confirm it is 5 X $100. I hope to hear from DS soon.

Hope I am the only one who came across this issue.

    They issued the cards, they should be able to track down the card. They can also void the missing card, so you should be ok.

    Worth being patient, not much more to do until they come back to you.

    Finally got my reissue card and used for my bigw $58 post. :)
