  Bah, forgot to check this morning and missed AC #1 - it's supposed to be Dr Who/Star Trek TNG Assimilation #1 now, but it's still showing as $1.99 for me on the iphone application..

    From what I have noticed the prices on the iphone app don't reflect the changes online most of the times so you are better off purchasing it via their website.

      Edit: Also - just noticed Sam and Max Surfin' The Highway reprint is $15.99 on Comixology - bargain and a half! (standard price fyi lol) I've been meaning to pick up the softcover for ages from telltale games, but it's about $40 once you factor in shipping, and I really don't need another book to cram in my shortboxes lol.

      So, not a bargain, but a recommendation!

    The iphone app works off AU time. The website works of US time. This means you can access sales early via the app then on the website and grab the sales later via the website.

    I do most of my purchasing on Comixology through my iphone with discounted itunes cards.

    Also for those who like digital comics, have a look at Bleeding Cool, there's thread on its forums which has become a digital comics trading post for Marvel books where people generally sell the digital codes they get in their books for about $1 a pop.
