  After a number of emails and 2 phone calls where I got 'diverted' to voicemail I finally had contact today from James at Globe who told me they actually are out of stock of the shoe I ordered and can offer me an alternative or a refund.

  Nothing left on the site in my size is at all attractive. Basically they have sat on my $50 for over 3 weeks for nothing. Thanks guys - think this one through a little better next time.
