+5 votesno idea, how about Gerry Harvey?
vanleeuwen on 09/01/2013 - 22:35 ¶from the about us page:
The organization
for smart people like youWith more than 57,000 members, American Mensa is the largest national Mensa operating under the auspices of Mensa International, Ltd. There are currently more than 100,000 members worldwide, and an estimated six million Americans are eligible for Mensa membership.
Members of American Mensa range in age from 2 to 102. They include engineers, homemakers, teachers, actors, athletes, students and CEOs, and they share only one trait — high intelligence. To qualify for Mensa, they scored in the top 2 percent of the general population on an accepted standardized intelligence test.
As a member, you have the opportunity to meet other smart people at local, regional and national levels. You can attend entertaining, intellectually stimulating events and exchange ideas with others through a variety of publications and our online Community. You can also work to help others in your community by volunteering for community-oriented activities and working with the Mensa Foundation. And you can take advantage of our variety of member benefits and services.

+3 votesThe Magic Pudding on 09/01/2013 - 22:53 ¶Ye, a two year old made it, I wonder if the 102 yr old had to be retested to maintain their accreditation.

+1 votestargalaxy on 09/01/2013 - 23:01 ¶If I am a genius or in the 2% category, I suspect someone must have discover my talent. Else, I am happy to be a normal person like everyone else.
+18 votesTheAviator1992 on 09/01/2013 - 23:09 ¶Of course all the OzBargainers will be in the top 3%. We are intelligent professionals after all!

Got the key again. 74 lame. Thought I could've done better. I think the pictures screwed me. The leaf and the orientations (that section I was struggling for time especially that leaf; was it the one with the jagged edges, or the branched out striations? decisions decisions! the last two sections were finished with minutes to spare, less abstract) I liked the word associations though; they were pretty straight forward.
+7 voteseasternculture on 09/01/2013 - 23:32 ¶we should make a forum topic to post our scores and then scotty can calculate some average scores :D
+6 votesOnline Home Test score
Congratulations!
You scored a 67 on the Mensa Home Test.Scores between 63 and 70 from the online test are above the 86th percentile and indicate an approximate IQ range between 116 and 125. This high score indicates a strong possibility that you may qualify for membership in Mensa!
I guessed most the word ones. Never good wif English >.<

GL working working out what some of those pictures are or even seeing some of the detail in one of them.
Remember it's age adjusted, you get dumber as you get older, so the absolute score may not be enough. 70 for me which is 116-125 or top 14% (top 5-10% in school so not far off/not done too much damage over the years).

Unlike what they're claiming, I doubt this test is sufficient at measuring innate intelligence and seems heavily weighted towards real-world experience, which is often based on entirely arbitrary life choices.
Be warned that the questions that ask to spot the similarities/differences in pattern are actually asking about the objects portrayed in the pictures and not the images themselves. Also, many of images are uncommonly poor quality.
Username3RR0r on 10/01/2013 - 00:19 ¶I think while 2 were the same shape, one was upside-down, not merely rotated ?

Strand0410 on 10/01/2013 - 00:23 ¶That's a question where they're actually asking for the object portrayed (the blocks) and not a rotatable image. IIRC, if you reject the obviously incorrect options (differing numbers/position of cubes), you have two with the identical construction as the first image, but one is also flipped upside-down whereas the correct answer is simply turned on its base.
EDIT: ^Explained. This one was a head-scratcher since I read it a bit literally and spent my surplus time fruitlessly trying to match #line/intersections with the first image.
Strand0410 on 10/01/2013 - 00:36 ¶Object in space. Again, it came down to 'more right' vs 'less right.' If you want to split hairs, they really should have added 'rotation on a single plane,' but that's the least of my misgivings regarding the veracity of this test.
mrdavedave on 10/01/2013 - 00:27 ¶I'd like to know this as well. I just got tested and it gave me an 8 and then told me to see a doctor!
+1 voteFreckleNuts on 10/01/2013 - 08:12 ¶High intelligence will rarely protect you from debilitating delusions.

Darkstyles on 10/01/2013 - 00:55 ¶The site's so laggy, on my wifi I can load every other site fine but not Mensa - either it's being ozbargained or they're not really smart…
Darkstyles on 10/01/2013 - 01:08 ¶Even having all the smartest people in one group couldn't prevent OzBargainers from crashing the site :D
easternculture on 10/01/2013 - 08:10 ¶That's Jerry Harvey instructing all his employee's to take the test

Completed the test but my results are lagging out :(

+13 votesmad__llama on 10/01/2013 - 08:10 ¶Also you could stop fighting / having sex in my roof cavity at 3am. Cheers

+1 votemad__llama on 10/01/2013 - 10:20 ¶It's really the spitting / hissing noise that bothers me most. If she could stop that I'd be most grateful :)

mad__llama on 10/01/2013 - 11:28 ¶I'm a quiet spitter I'll have you know. And I certainly don't hiss - that would just be weird…
strangeloops66 on 16/01/2013 - 21:12 ¶"Do llamas spit? This is probably the most frequent question llama owners are asked. The truth is that they do spit, but usually only at other llamas and nearly always over food. Most people think all llamas spit at people, which is an impression you've gotten from a visit to a petting zoo. A petting zoo isn't a good environment for a llama, because llamas are herd animals."
+1 votereenkabeen on 10/01/2013 - 07:54 ¶I qualified for Mensa membership before I became a mum however I'm convinced that I would not qualify now :)

+4 votesmad__llama on 10/01/2013 - 08:37 ¶Happy to share.
20% off your IQ too, just use the following code when you check out: HONEYBOOBOO
phunkyfeelone on 10/01/2013 - 08:24 ¶I don't need to take the test, I simply bought a smart phone, which instantly puts me in the top 80% of humans.

+3 votesMENSA normally pay for the upkeep of their website (inc paying for download speed) by the entry cost to these tests.
This test took longer to load than it did to complete!
edit - I read the bottom of their website and it said something like "Our web Hosting services are brought to you by Catch of the Day" !!
