Dodgy Scoopon

I bought 3 travel vouchers from Scoopon below.

Purchased on 28/12/12 and got told on 4/1/13 that my travel dates are not available

The T&C's say that i'm entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase if my travel date is not available. But i asked for a refund on 4/1/13 and have sent an email to them almost everyday since then asking for a refund. But they just don't reply. I need to book my travel arrangements somewhere else now but can't really do much til they process my refund.

What should i do?

      I'll probably head into the bank this afternoon to file a chargeback.

        You should be able to do it over the phone, some over net banking even!

    I agree with you - DODGY SCOOPON!! They don't really care once you have paid. When you e-mail them they fob you off to the dealer. Then the dealer will make promises until it is past the 45 days and PayPal won't refund as it is over 45 days. It is like Catch 22. I will not buy anything from Scoopon again.
