Antivirus BitDefender Total Security 2013 (3 PCs + 1 Year) $20.13

100

Hey all,

Bitdefender are having a new years sale where all their antivirus products are only $20.13 each.
Highly recommend BitDefender Total Security 2013 (3 PCs + 1 Year)
I'm a long time user of BitDefender and haven't had a virus since.

One annoyance is that they put you on an auto renewal system so once you make the purchase email support to ask them to remove it.

Enjoy!

  • Could someone with a Westpac online banking account grab the link to claim a free 1 year license and share? :)

    http://www.westpac.com.au/security/bitdefender-lp/

Says to Sign in to Online Banking, select Security from the menu, and follow the instructions to download the software from Bitdefender.

After clicking through on the Westpac site it should redirect you to the BitDefender site to claim a serial/license - That's the link you share.

  • is this expired? or am i looking at the wrong place?

Bought it for $40, 2yr/3PC 2013 Total Security from PC authority's store. This is the best current security suite. Better than Norton and Symantec. Way better than MSE's rubbish which has completely fallen apart and lost its certification to boot.

    • thanks got that instead!

  • Link provided does not show the price you state, OP.

Is there a link to buy at $20.13?

    • +1

It shows me $119 rather than $20 too

    • I can only find the following link "http://www.anti-virus4u.com/Buy-BitDefender-Total-Security-2013-3-PC-1-Year-p/btd12-ts-3x1.htm"

  • I just paid about $115 a few days ago. :(

      Hi Morini,

That's a tragedy - as a fellow OzBargainer, a little part of me died when I saw that price you paid. You should NEVER pay anything near that for Bitdefender, Kaspersky, etc… They're always on sale here,
      http://store.v3.co.uk/?act=search&brand=325

They may not be quite as cheap as the OP's deal - but these prices are normally around this mark 24/7, 365 days a year.

    • Ouch I paid $21 for 3 pc's on ebay and it is still that price, but as it caused problems with GFWL and Securom I had to switch to Kaspersky which I got for $15 from MSY. I didnt realise anyone even paid full price as if you install the trial of any AV software 99% of the time they send a 50% off offer, which i consider full price and is still way too much.

    • Ouch that's bad you got totally ripped off. I just paid $23 for Bitdefender Total Security 2003 1 user from Computeractive Software Store a few days ago.

I'll update the post as well.
    Thanks

    • Yea, this link works for me

  • Before I get this, has anyone encountered this problem with the software?

Hmmm, never had that issue and I've been a user since 2007.
The only issue I've ever had was bit defender causing a memory leak with Mortal Kombat (however adding to the exception list fixed that).
      :)

  • I bought Internet security 2013 and ditched it after only a month. It was a buggy mess and very annoying. It would disable itself every time I boot and I'd have to manually turn it on every time. based on my experience with it, I'd say avoid.

    • No problems here whatsoever with Total Security 2013.

    BD 2012 was great.
BD 2013 was a walloping load of junk, as many reviews will tell you.
Let's see what they do with 2014 when it comes out..

  • anyone wanna sell 1 license pc to me? =) , i dont need 3
