It's one thing for stores to buy coke from the supermarket instead of direct, because CocaCola screws them over, but that hurts nobody. The supermarkets always have plenty, so no one else misses out because of it.
Something like this that is obviously going to be in limited supply is a different matter.
you do know you can place orders for this at your local store? from what i hear, they will ask that you pay upfront, wait a few days, and come back to collect your ice cream.
