Jetstar free flight from KUL-SIN status "on hold"

I just realized that my free flight status is "on hold", not "confirmed" when I checked their manage my booking page, I've got a itinerary mail from them though.

In addition, I can see "confirm" sign at my the other AU domestic itinerary that I booked before.

Anyone can confirm that I can take the flight for free?? cuz I need to book return flight from Johor to Kuala(Cheapest option to come back to KL I think.. lol)..!!

The purpose of this trip is visiting lounge at KLIA using my PP:) Klia Klia Klia!

    Try calling Jetstar, if you don't want to call them use the online contact form.

    I have "Payment status: Pending" but cant see "on hold" or "confirmed" on mine.

    where does yours say on hold?

      Same for me but in the email itinerary it says "Payment - Received".

        was yours for 0 MYR, or did you have add-ons like luggage?

          No add-ons at all. Just 0 MYR which I "charged" to Jetstar voucher (without entering a Jetstar voucher).

    Spoke with Jetstar. They seemed surprised that it was a zero dollar fare (they really didn't notice?) but my booking is confirmed and I don't have a balance payable so I guess it's ok?
