  • Anyone been to these sales before? Is it worth the trip?

    • The adidas 40% off sale had very good prices. Definitely worth the trip for the adidas one.

Guess this sale should be similar.

Depends what you're looking for, and what size you are. Let me put it this way: Jabba the Hutt and ewoks both would love these sales.

      • +4

Does Jabba the Hutt even have feet?

  • Ohh! Whats on sale? everything?

    • "Storewide" but a little doubtful.

  • Well… on the close inspection of the flyer, they have little asterisk to say "some exclusion may apply see in-store for detail" which suggests it only applies for the non-sale item.

    • No I go there regularly the asterisk is usually for the b-grade samples. its an outlet everythings on sale.

  • Nice. I was about to buy Christmas Lebron X's from the US but this will be cheaper for a change.

    • I don't think Lebron X's would be in the outlet already.

    • Are those things actually good or are they just the Dr Dre Beats of shoes?

    • There is no way that the LeBron Xs would be in Nike Factory already. They're usually stock from at least 1-2 years back.

General feedback on al LeBron signature shoes over the years is that they're awesome and packed with the latest technology, but definitely built for bigger ballers (as LeBron is) - they're way too heavy for most people's use.

  • one weekday only? crap

  • Perth Nike Factory has FSR of Lebron 9 Cool Grays for $170….hopefully we get a 40% sale soon too?!!?

  • Been to one in 2010, definitely worth the trip, and also ask about the style you want, because not all styles are on display.

I've been to this sale several times, and I was disappointed most of the time.

My advice is: if you can't get there early, just don't go.

  • If you buy stuffs worth of $200 on Eastbay (e.g. a couple of shoes plus t-shirts etc) while they're on 20% off discount. That's more or less offset the shipping costs (e.g. for $200, you'll pay $50 shipping but get $40 discount; for $250, you'll pay $55 shipping but get $50 discount and so on)

plus the shipping is super fast (3 days from US to Sydney)!!

plus you get the latest fashion (probably less color selection than nike.com) but compared with nike outlet here, well..

    plus USD/AUD: 1.056.

    plus no GST.

    It works for me.

picked up some nike free 5.0 for $42

  • Anyone got any good deals? I could not make it out there.

  • I got a pair of nike shox turbo +13 for $78. The compression/undergarments for $18. And just a pair of trackies. But in saying that, the prices of some stuff before the 40% off seemed cheap already.

  • I went at 11am. I bought 3 pairs of shoes (2 pairs of air force 1's, and a pair of lunarlons), college basketball jersey and shorts, and a sportsband. All up cost me $260. The place was a mad house, and trying to find anything over size 11 was seemingly difficult. There was probably 100+ people in the store, and queue was 30+ long. There was some great deals, if you could find what you were looking for.

Note for any Nike fans out there, I'm sure that due to the sale yesterday, a lot of stock was cleared out, so maybe go check out the store in a couple weeks. You will likely see new stock and the factory outlet is already reasonably cheaper then regular retail stores.

  • It was a bad idea going at 8:45 last night. Looked like the place had been trashed! It was easier finding things on the floor than it was on the shelves. Anyhow, walked away with a couple of items.
