The Kindle Fire HD 7 is available on amazon.co.jp for Yen 15800 which works out to A$166 with free shipping to Japan. I suppose you could get it down via Tenso for cheaper than you could from the US.
Any idea if the Japanese Kindle Fire can be run in English and with the US kindle store?
