TASTING NOTES

The Colonial Estate Exile Barossa Valley Shiraz 2010.
An explosion of perfumed scents with sweet black fruits, graphite, cherries, acacia flowers, liquorice, blackcurrants, smoke, truffle and spice box.

SONGLINES ESTATES MCLAREN VALE SHIRAZ 2010.
Deep, dark, plum with a crimson rim. Bright plum, blueberries and raspberry fruits rush you initially on the nose with more complex aromas of aniseed, leather and dark bitter chocolate adding depth.

THE COLONIAL ESTATE EXILE BAROSSA CAB SAUV 2009.
Medium bodied and very crisp in the mouth, it offers just enough vibrant, juicy Cabernet fruit with a medium to firm level of chewy tannins, featuring powerful blackcurrant fruit and dark chocolate, it finishes grainy, chocolatey and fresh with lingering acidity and it all balances.

GRIFFITH PARK SPARKLING ROSE NV.
Vibrant pink, this wine has strawberry and raspberry fruit aromas. Has a red berry taste, a smooth and creamy texture with refreshing finish. Produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir - with a dash of Shiraz.

LAWSON'S DRY HILLS MARLBOROUGH PINOT ROSE 2011.
This wine has a beautiful strawberry hue, with a wonderfully lifted nose, reminiscent of wild strawberries and red cherries. The palate is fresh and crisp with berry fruit flavours and a creamy texture..

CLARENCE HILL MCLAREN VALE GRENACHE SHIRAZ 2010.
Deep cherry red. Fresh lifted raspberry and light sage aromatic is nicely weighted by subtle oak. Pretty aromatics with a touch of lavender and rose.

BRANCOTT ESTATE MARLBOROUGH SAUVIGNON BLANC 2011.
The wine is pale straw in colour with green highlights. Aromas of rock melon, lemongrass and ripe gooseberry dominate with top notes ranging from tropical grapefruit to sweet capsicum adding interest to the nose.

VEGA PORTUGUESE RED DOURO 2009.
Rich and full bodied but very smooth. Delicious, intense fruit with a complex and elegant finish. Wine is aged in American, French of Allier and Portuguese oak barrels.
