Cheap Internet site for custom stickers?

I know vista print does this, but only in bulk. Was looking for a place that let's you do one (or a few)

I've been through the process myself. No one gives a good price for a few stickers. Either go with Vista when they are having a coupon or you'll have to see whether there is paper you can buy where you can print the stickers yourself.

Go to your local signwriter.

To save some money, design it yourself. If its a 'brand' you want this website has some great designs some peeps have already designed: www.brandsoftheworld.com I've added a few myself.

This is probably best suited to vinyl cut stickers but it really depends on what you are looking for.

If you want any advice just ask, I used to be a signwriter :D
