    Did you ever do that trick in the first level where you quit the level as soon as you get that rocket powerup, sell it for cash, redo the level and repeat to get heaps of cash?

      No, but I do remember there's a spot in the second level, where the big boss can't hit you. Camp out there for 5 minutes while the shields recharge. Such a waste of time, but with that game it seems like early mistakes makes later stages impossible.
