      It's hard for me to tell for sure as I run a US account but logging out and clicking on fiction navigating to page 3 gives me a page full of 15 books 10 of which have a add to cart button and 5 say unavailable to your country. So on that I'm going to say yes there are some available to Aussies however you will have more choice if you run a US account

        Do I need VPN or US credit card? Or just put in a US address?

          You need a US address and a VPN for payment I just used my Westpac Amex.
