As the title says i need a software to record sound + microphone, as far as i can see fraps allows to do that, camstudio and hypercam only record one or another … any help would be great. But then it is not a bargain to paid $37 for full version of fraps.

Fraps only works on software with 3D like the ones that use OpenGL or DirectX, like games and the 3d views in software like Maya. Also there is a free demo but it watermarks fraps.com at the top of the video. Maybe you can remove that in post but you would cut off the top and it would look funny.
I thought camstudio and hypercam could record whats on your screen and voice as well. I've never tried it. But those apps won't record games very well.
I use Microsoft Expression Encoder 4. It allows you to record screen content, your voice and also a webcamera feed (it super-imposes it into the final video)

As to whether it records 3d games, I've tried it on Minecraft but not other fullscreen D3D games. The results were OK (expect a bit of framerate loss).
To record ONLY 3d games, I use the built in recorder that comes with MSI afterburner. It will only capture gameplay and it's completely free.
